Getting Started: Microsoft Teams Calling on Windows/Apple iOS

1. Once you have been migrated to Teams, the Calls tab will appear in your navigation menu.
NOTE: With Teams, there is no such thing as an extension number. Additionally, you DO NOT have to enter 5 or 8 + 1 before dialing the phone number.
2. From the dial pad, begin typing to search for a teammate or enter the 10-digit phone number of the person you would like to call (i.e. 2523566606).
3. Click call.
4. To the right of the dial pad, is your call history. This is a full list of all incoming and outgoing calls. You can sort calls by All, Missed, or Incoming.
5. To view and/or listen to your voicemails, click Voicemail. In the side menu, you can reach the call transcription or click play to hear the message.
6. To enable call forwarding, click the "Don't forward" button on the bottom left-hand corner of the call screen.
7. Select Forward to voicemail or click More Settings to configure an alternate destination such as your cell phone or a different teammate.

3. Click the call button.
4. To explore your call history, go to Calls and then tap Recent. All incoming, missed, and outgoing calls will be displayed. Tap one to initiate a new call.
5. Teams is also integrated with your phone's call log. From your iPhone, select the phone button. At the bottom, tap Recents.
6. To initiate a Teams call from your iPhone's recents menu, click the information button to the far right of the recent call. Press and hold the call button and then tap Teams. Tap the number you would like to call. The call will open in Teams.
7. To listen to your voicemail in the Teams app, tap Calls at the bottom, and then tap the voicemail icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
8. To enable call forwarding, tap your profile picture in the top left-hand corner of the screen. Select settings.
9. From the settings menu, tap Calling. From there, you can toggle call forwarding on and set your preferences.
