ODBC Drivers installation
Documentation supporting the resolution for this issue can be found here-
\\spnhcsfs01\Software\Oracle\Instant Client\InstantClient 32Bit
NOTE-
Microsoft Office must be installed as 32-bit. To verify the version of office, open task manager, click the "details" tab, then right click on any column at the top. Select "Select Column". This will open a dialog box with several options. Find and select "Platform". Once you have done this, sort the Details tab by Name and locate any Office.exe file running. Under the "Platform" Column, you will see 64 or 32 bit. If you see 64 bit, uninstall office and install 32 Bit before continuing.
Portal.office.com contains the installation file you will need. Select "install and more" in the top right hand corner, then "install Microsoft 365 apps". Drop down the Version Type and select 32 bit.
If you don't have office 32 bit installed, all actions you perform will be for nothing
When following this documentation, read carefully, not carelessly.
