Gator Inspection
- Go to Teammate Resources
- Under Applications Select CMMS
- Go to Log
- Select Equipment Report
- Select the plus sign next to NH
- Select Equipment Reports
- Select Gator_Mules
- Select MM913 (Or relevant Gator)
- Fill out the following form all boxes must be checked. We are unable to physically check the top 3 which are not highlighted due to the position of the box on the gator.
- If there is a comment left in the comments: section the gator inspection will be marked as failed. Use is if there are any issues other wise leave it blank
- When finished hit submit
Reminder: If the Gator is low on gas please let others know prior to them using it.
