Bitlocker Recovery

If a device requires a Bitlocker recovery key, go to the URL listed in the image aka.ms/aadrecoverykey on a different device. The user will be prompted to log in using their Nucor credentials. Navigate to Devices and select the device that requires the BitLocker key, and select the "Show" option, it will reveal a 48-character numeric code. That needs to be typed into that blue screen on the locked device. Windows will then boot as it should.

The second option would be to reach out to the Helpdesk and some of the team members can access the Azure Portal online and retrieve the key as needed.
