How to Release Emails from Quarantine
If an email item is flagged as phishing or malware, it will get sent to your quarantine. This document explains how to manage and release emails from your quarantine if you are certain they were blocked in error. By default, low risk spam messages are sent directly to your Junk Mail folder in Outlook and can be reviewed there.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR QUARANTINE
Access your Quarantine anytime from this link: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine
Any emails that are flagged as high confidence for phishing, malware, or by a mail flow rule are only accessible by IT admins for release. If you do not see an email in quarantine that you were expecting, please open a request with nbtsupport@nucor.com for additional help.

Additionally, there is a link directly to your quarantine page in the message in which you can see all messages currently blocked.
MANAGING MESSAGES IN YOUR QUARANTINE
Once in your quarantine you can search for specific emails, senders, etc. and take the appropriate action on one or many items from the toolbar.
To release an emali select the message(s) and click Release. Then select if you want to report it to Microsoft or not for improved detection and then click Release message.
Once the message is confirmed released it will appear in your inbox within a few minutes.
