How to Report Junk or Phish Emails
This document explains how to install and use the Microsoft Report Message add-in to report suspicious or unwanted emails.
REPORT MESSAGE (DESKTOP APP)
The Report Message Add-in is deployed to all Nucor Outlook desktop application instances by default. If you do not see this in your toolbar, please open a ticket with nbtsupport@nucor.com. When you receive suspicious or unwanted emails in your inbox follow the below steps to report them to Microsoft and classify them accordingly. Proper classification of suspicious emails keeps your inbox safe along with providing valuable information to Microsoft to ensure similar messages are not delivered to Nucor teammates.
- Open the email
- Select Report Message in the toolbar
- Select if it is either Junk, Phishing, or Not Junk
